This centennial celebration unites the entire BU community in a vibrant showcase of tradition, achievement, and forward-thinking spirit.
The festivities begin with “Legado,” a dynamic event that encapsulates the university’s rich legacy and contemporary vibrancy. Through colorful performances that combine tradition with modern expressions, Legado highlights the creative talents of BU’s students and the enduring cultural values that have guided the institution for generations.
Adding to the excitement, Baliuag University is featured on the national stage through a special segment on “Unang Hirit.” This program shines a spotlight on the campus’s vibrant atmosphere, featuring Sparkle artist Josh Ford serenading the students. The segment captures the joy and enthusiasm of the BU community, showcasing the lively spirit that defines the university’s centennial celebrations.
Adding to the spirit of jubilation, the BU Fiesta brings together the community in a heartfelt celebration of shared memories and future aspirations. The Fiesta embodies the centennial theme by seamlessly blending cherished customs with innovative expressions of community pride. It stands as a testament to BU’s commitment to nurturing an environment where heritage is honored, and new traditions are forged.
In recognition of unwavering dedication, BUKLOD honors the loyal service of the university’s employees. This award ceremony celebrates the many years of commitment and hard work that have contributed to BU’s success and enduring legacy. Meanwhile, the Lakan at Lakambini pageant presents an opportunity for students from various colleges and the senior high school to embody excellence, grace, and leadership, reinforcing the values of the institution.
The Alumni Gala Night brings past graduates together in a warm atmosphere of camaraderie and reflection. It is a celebration of lifelong connections and the enduring bonds that have enriched Baliuag University over the past century, truly encapsulating the spirit of “Celebrating Our Heritage, Embracing Our Radiant Future.”
